- Sprang into action at 3:30 a.m. on a Saturday night to help the nation’s largest pipeline company manage its communications in the wake a potential disaster at the nation’s largest petroleum products storage facility when lightning sparked a massive tank fire.
- Planned and coordinated a national media and dealer relations campaign to successfully launch a new line of commercial products by one of the world’s top lawn care equipment companies.
- Designed and executed an evidence-based rebranding and repositioning for the state’s trade association of hospitals and health systems in its centennial year to help ensure sustainable success in the emerging healthcare landscape.
- Preserved the national reputation of one of nation’s largest distilleries when hundreds of thousands of gallons of whiskey poured into the Kentucky River after a warehouse fire.
- Planned and executed national communications for a top five pharmaceutical company among physicians, pharmacists and nurses that helped ensure the successful launch of one of the first-everonline healthcare education sites.
- Gained extensive national coverage of the opening of a NASCAR-themed summer camp for children with chronic medical conditions in conjunction with Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang organization.
- Helped rebrand, reposition and spur member engagement at one of North Carolina’s largest chambers of commerce.
- Served as the public relations agency of record for a top 10 U.S. bank for 25 years.
- Helped improve patient outcomes among North Carolina’s Medicaid population through marketing communication support for a decade-long series of disease management and practice management programs developed for the award-winning Community Care of North Carolina organization.
