If not, I highly recommend you take a few minutes and check out the site. I've been an active member for the past 15 years or so (full disclosure: I'm also co-chair of this year's Marketing Committee for our annual Spring Conference) and can attest to just how valuable this group is. I'd be delighted to talk with you and fill you in on CAPRSA. Seriously, it's the best investment you can make in you as an agency owner and your firm's profitability and sustainability.
